Return Policy
• Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and certificates if applicable.
• Non-returnable items: Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact our support team at [email protected] or submit a ticket here within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, photos of the item, and a detailed reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
